Information we receive through Meta Lead Forms

When you submit a Facebook or Instagram Lead Form, Meta passes the details you entered to us. Meta also tells us which advertisement and form you responded to and when you submitted it.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, we may automatically collect limited technical and usage information, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, approximate geographic location, pages visited, date and time of visit, and information from cookies and pixels.

Information we ask you not to submit

Our lead forms are not designed to collect sensitive information such as passwords, bank account or card details, or government ID numbers. Please do not submit them through our forms or communications.

We may use personal information to:

• respond to your enquiry and provide the course, program, or service information you requested;
• arrange callbacks or consultations and send relevant updates about what you asked for;

For digital skills and training campaigns run under The Success Blueprint, the information you submit is used to provide you with course and program information. It is shared with IDigitalPreneur Pvt Ltd for that purpose, as described in Sections 3 and 4.

Skill Set Success Pro operates lead-generation and lead-distribution campaigns. When you submit an enquiry, your information may be validated, categorized, and routed to the partner named in the form or consent statement you saw when you submitted it, so that the partner can respond to your request. We route your details only to the partner or partners named for that campaign.

The Success Blueprint course enquiries

When you submit a Facebook Lead Form under The Success Blueprint for a course enquiry, we share your name, phone number, and the other details you submit with our partner IDigitalPreneur Pvt Ltd, which may contact you by phone call and WhatsApp about its courses. These details are used only for this purpose and are not used or shared for any other campaign.

Other campaigns

For campaigns in other categories, such as insurance or real estate, the partner or partners who will receive your details are named in that campaign’s form or consent statement. See Sections 10, 11, and 12.

We share personal information only in the following ways:

• Named partners. The partner named in the form you submitted. For The Success Blueprint course enquiries, this is IDigitalPreneur Pvt Ltd.
• Service providers. Providers of hosting, cloud storage, CRM, messaging and communication tools, analytics, and security, who process information on our behalf, only to support our services and subject to confidentiality and their applicable terms.
• Advertising platforms. Meta (Facebook and Instagram) receives the technical and usage data collected through pixels and similar tools, as described in Section 6.
• Legal and safety reasons. Courts, regulators, or law-enforcement authorities where the law requires it, or where needed to protect rights, prevent fraud, or ensure safety.
• Business changes. A successor business, if our business is merged, sold, or reorganized, on the basis that this Privacy Policy continues to apply to your information.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to data brokers, advertisers, or other unrelated third parties, and we do not share the details you submit through a lead form with anyone other than the parties described above.

Partners are independent businesses. Once a partner receives your details, it handles them under its own privacy policy and applicable law, and you may also contact the partner directly about your details. We take reasonable steps to ensure that partners use your details only to respond to your enquiry.

The Success Blueprint Facebook Lead Forms

By submitting a Facebook Lead Form for a course enquiry, you agree that Skill Set Success Pro may share your details with IDigitalPreneur Pvt Ltd, which may contact you by phone call and WhatsApp about the course and program information you requested.

Website and other enquiry forms

By submitting your contact information through our website or another enquiry form, you agree that Skill Set Success Pro may contact you by phone call, WhatsApp, SMS, or email about the course, program, or service you requested and relevant updates. Where a form names a partner who will contact you, that partner may contact you as described in the form.

Stopping communications

You can ask to stop being contacted at any time, either by telling the person who contacts you or by emailing us at info@skillsetsuccesspro.com. If you ask us, we will pass your request on to the relevant partner and update our records.

We may use pixels, cookies, tags, conversion tools, and analytics technologies provided by third-party advertising and analytics platforms, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), to measure campaign performance, conversions, website traffic, and user interactions, and to improve our advertising and services.

Details submitted through a Meta/Facebook Lead Form are provided to Skill Set Success Pro so that we can respond to your enquiry and share them with the partner named in the form (see Section 3). Meta’s own Privacy Policy applies to the information you give to Meta, and you can manage your ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram settings.

Enquiries do not guarantee admission, scholarship, employment, income, business results, or any particular outcome.

For real estate campaigns, where applicable, we may share relevant enquiry details with the developers, brokers, agents, or authorized partners named in the form. Please verify details independently before making any commitment.

Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time by contacting us. You can also ask us to stop sending promotional or marketing communications. Withdrawing consent does not affect the use of your information before you withdrew it, and we may not be able to respond to your enquiry after you withdraw.
